How to Install Rugged Ridge Accessory Brake Light LED Ring (87-18 Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK & JL) on your Jeep Wrangler

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the LED ring is included and undamaged.

2. Remove the bolts from the spare tire (Figure B). 

3. Remove the spare tire (Figure C).

4. Remove the third brake like by unscrewing the four rear third brake light screws using a Torx 20 bit (Figure D). 

5. Unclip the third brake light harness (Figure E).

6. Place the accessory brake light LED ring onto the spare tire bolts (Figure F).

7. Connect the brake light factory harness to the LED ring (Figure G).

8. Reattach the third brake light using the same four bolts and a Torx 20 bit (Figure H).

9. Replace the spare tire (Figure I).
