NOTE: The Eclipse Sun Shade has been designed to remain in place with soft top closed and latched.

1. Before installing flip soft top to Sunrider feature or lower top to full down position. Slide center Velcro strap through windshield footman loop and secure (fig.1). Loop rear most Bungee straps over factory sports bar and back over strap button (fig.2).

2. Attach bungee hooks to windshield footman loop (fig.3). Flip down sun visors and attach bungee hooks to visor arms as shown (fig.4). Lock visor back in place and flip up.

NOTE: Later model TJs and LJs have center footman loop placed higher on windshield frame. Installation will be the same for these years (2003 -2006).

3. Loop remaining (6-TJ, 7-LJ) Bungee cords around the outside of roll bar and back to strap buttons (fig.5). Cords should be wrapped around roll bar only. DO NOT go around plastic door surrounds. Third bungee strap (from windshield) should be looped around the roll bar as shown (fig.6).

4. With all bungees secured walk around vehicle and pull Eclipse Sun Shade tight (fig.7). With bungees secured return to front windshield footman Velcro strap and pull tight and secure (fig.8).

To close top, pull back Eclipse Sun Shade above sunviser and allow latches to lower into position then lock.

5. Eclipse shade has been supplied with a mesh storage bag. Bag and shade can be stored in either the center console (fig.9) or glove box (fig.10).
