Engineered for Tacoma trucks with a 6 to 7-Inch lift, these premium performance rear shock absorbers feature a twin-tube design with a high-pressure nitrogen gas charge. This design, combined with 10 stage velocity valving technology, provides your truck with superior off-road handling and comfortable ride quality on the highway. What’s more, these shocks use high-quality rubber bushings, which also contribute to the excellent ride comfort.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. These N3 rear shocks are not only built tough, but they're also built to perform. Their heavy-duty alloy shock bodies measure 54-mm wide, offering both exceptional tensile strength and more efficient cooling. This translates to more consistent damping performance even through rapid cycling. Helping with this performance is a military-spec shock absorber oil which is rated to -40 Degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the piston rod measures 18-mm and is crafted from hardened chromed steel for extreme durability. Finally, this assembly is finished in a chip-resistant silver powder coating for superior corrosion protection.
Direct Install Procedure. These Rough Country N3 shock absorbers are designed to install directly into your Tacoma’s stock rear shock location without modifications. All necessary hardware is included, and installation requires just standard hand tools.
