These rear shocks’ advanced performance is centered on a monotube gas-charged design with a remote reservoir. This design provides you with near immediate damping when going over more uneven terrain for more precise off-road handling. Moreover, this same monotube remote reservoir technology offers a comfortable highway ride, making them ideal for trucks that function as a daily driver and off-road trekker.

      Eight-Stage Adjustability. These Vertex rear shocks also offer specialized 8-stage adjustability to allow you to get the right amount of damping for the driving situation you’re on. Specifically, these shocks allow you to adjust their damping performance by up to 8 progressive stages via a convenient dial located on the reservoir canister. This gives you the ability to get a smoother ride for the highway and firmer damping when going off-road.

      Sturdy Build Quality. These rear dampers feature high-grade steel shock bodies, offering superior strength and reliable performance. Similarly, their piston rods are crafted from 20mm chrome-hardened steel, making them more than capable of taking the knocks of the open trails. Finally, these shocks receive sturdy zinc-plating before being finished with double clear coats for maximum corrosion protection.

      Hassle-Free Install Procedure. These rear shocks are designed to mount directly into your factory locations on your Tacoma. Minor drilling or trimming may be needed to ensure a proper fit. Apart from this potential step, these dampers require just standard hand tools to install.
