Quality product
The rack is great, solid quality. I have to give it 4 stars though because the instructions are quite dated, pics are old and obviously from a prior iteration, and there were not enough 8mm x 24mm washers. The 8x12 don't provide enough coverage iny opinion. I went to the hardware store to get more 8x24. And the instructions weren't the clearest. Otherwise I am very pleased!

Good size rack that could be better
Size of the rack is great since it allows you to still remove your freedom panels without any issue. Instructions could be a lot better and they should of stuck with the larger size washers for every bolt.

Very good rack
Easy install, instructions are a little dated. Only issue I had with instructions. They displayed the plastic rear hinge covers back on. They don't fit properly after the rack is mounted, they will break if you force them on. I left mine off, honestly don't mind the exposed rear windshield hinge bracket. 1hr 30 min install. solid rack.

Not too shabby!
Instructions that came with rack were only a little helpful. The pictures were very hard to see and some of the parts they gave me were similar but did not match the ones in the pictures? But honestly its pretty straight forward once you figure out what piece goes where. Finished product looks great. Cant wait to use it over the summer mainly for beach equipment and kayak. No issues to report so far.

Great value rack system!
I did a lot of research before buying this rack. I didn't get the lights, but will add them later. For now, I love the big openings at the front to help with wind resistance. 1. Static weight of 250lbs is this highest for this style without reinforcing the hard top or using external bars. 2. Huge rack with lots of room. 3. No drilling into roof. 4. Vertical sides means you can drill and mount anwings easily. 5. Cheaper than all others with similar style and extremely well built.

This rack looks bad ass once installed. If you oot for the lights, be prepared to turn night into day. I just wish RC offered accessories for it.

Good rack. Terrible instructions and damaged parts.
I will start by saying I love the rack once it has been installed. The quality is great and it looks great with my Rough country tent on top. The tent arrived fast and package was not damaged at all. Instructions were a nightmare and assembly took well over 4 hours. The provided washers were too small and as others recommended I replaced them with the bigger sized heavy duty ones on all bolts. The drip edge mounts were damaged and the welded on nut threads were full of weld splatter and not usable as is. I requested a replacement mount but it hasnt showed up yet. I bought a tap and die set and drilled and tapped the weld splattered bolts and got it to work until the new mounts show up. Less than ideal but it got it mounted on my Jeep! Extreme Terrain offered me a $25 credit for the damaged parts or a replacement mount that would take 14 days to show up which it hasn't yet. I declined the credit and wasn't happy with this gesture as new mounts were over $129 shipped from rough country. The rack is great but buying experience could have been better.
