      Description

      Serious Filter Protection. Keep your cold air intake’s air filter protected from damage with the Rough Country Cold Air Intake Pre-Filter Bag. This pre-filter bag’s tough water-repellent construction allows it to work as a shield, preventing damage to the filter media due to larger particles and moisture. Meanwhile, its easy slip-on design means you don’t need to spend a lot of time installing this component onto your filter. More importantly, this filter cover will not restrict airflow through the filter and into your intake so you can be sure its performance is maintained.

      Tough Build Quality. This pre-filter bag starts out as a sheet of high-quality polyester with uniform porosity, ensuring high resistance to engine bay heat and excellent airflow. This polyester sheet is then silicone-treated and expertly sewn with double stitching to incorporate an elastic band. This gives the bag excellent tear and fray resistance. Lastly, this component comes in black and features the RC logo that’s screen printed in red, offering a striking look when installed.

      Convenient Install Procedure. This pre-filter bag is designed to slip over your cold air intake filter once this has been installed. Its incorporated elastic band will prevent it from slipping out. Moreover, this component can be maintained by vacuuming.

      Application. The Rough Country Cold Air Intake Pre-Filter Bag fits all 1997 to 2006 4.0L Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
