How to Install a Rough Country Dual Steering Stabilizer on your Jeep Wrangler

FOR USE WITH 4-6” LIFTED VEHICLES. USE ON STOCK OR LESS THAN 4” OF LIFT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!

1. Remove the stock stabilizer if equipped from the axle and from the tie rod.

2. Remove the passenger side sway bar mount from the frame using a 9/16” socket. See Photo 1.

3. Install the new dual bracket as shown on the frame and sway bar with the supplied 3/8” x 1 1/4” Bolts, flat washers and flange lock nuts. See Photo 2.



4. Install the tie rod bracket with the supplied u-bolts and lock nuts. Make sure that the tie rod bracket is as far as it will slide over on the tie rod against the clamp. See Photo 3.

5. Install the stabilizer to the frame bracket and the tie rod bracket using the 1/2” x 2 1/2” bolts, flat washers and the lock nuts. See Photo 4.

6. Make sure all hardware is tightened before releasing installation.
