Description

This kit takes away the guesswork when looking for what you need to properly install your new ring and pinion gear into your Dana 30 axle. Using only high-quality bearings and races, this kit ensures your ring and pinion gears, and consequently your Dana 30 axle, will provide your ’07 to ’18 Wrangler JK with the performance it deserves.
Includes All Important Accessories and Components. Besides the aforementioned high-quality bearings, the Rough Country Dana 30 Master Install Kit also includes everything you’ll need for the correct ring and pinion gear installation. This kit comes with a deluxe shim kit which is essential to getting the right pinion distance. Just as important is the gear marking compound that you need to check gear tooth contact pattern. Rounding out this kit is a crush sleeve, pinion nut, pinion seals, ring gear bolts & sleeves, and an oil baffle.
Installation By A Professional is Recommended. While the Rough Country Dana 30 Master Install Kit makes installing your new ring and pinion gears much easier, installing these 2 components will require specialized tools like a bearing press, and a dial indicator. You’ll also need expert-level mechanical skills, and several hours work. Consequently, professional installation is highly recommended.
