Rugged Build Quality. These rocker panel body armor are made from 0.187-inch plate steel, offering maximum durability. These rocker panel armors are then machine-formed to exact specifications before getting expertly welded for added rigidity and an accurate fit when installed. Additionally, 0.25-inch thick steel internal gussets further improve these components’ strength. Lastly, these rocker panels are finished in a specialized 5-stage textured black powder coating for sleek good looks and superior corrosion protection.
Straightforward Install Procedure. These rocker panels are designed to install into your Jeep using the included hardware. You will need to drill into your vehicle’s sheet metal in order to properly install the mounting hardware before bolting on the components. Additionally, you will need a Nutsert tool or a similar hand tool apart from standard hand tools.
