Remove factory engine cover. Lift up and pull off.
Unplug your factory IAT sensor located on the bottom of the intake tube.
Pull the PCV hose off the factory air box.
Remove the two bolts holding intake tube to fan shroud
Loosen hose clamp holding the intake tube to the throttle body.
Pull entire intake assembly up and away from Jeep.
Assemble heat shield with supplied allen bolts, washers and nuts.
Supplied bolts, washers, nuts and spacers will be used to mount shield in factory position.
Remove bolt holding fan shroud to the radiator. This bolt will be also be used to help secure heat shield in place.
Install heat shield into factory mounting position of original air box using supplied hardware and fan shroud bolt.
Install supplied rubber gaskets to top of heat shield and into the hole for the intake tube.
Remove IAT sensor from factory intake tube.
Transfer IAT sensor over to new intake tube.
Install intake tube to throttle body using supplied coupler and hose clamps.
Bolt intake tube to heat shield using supplied spacer, washers and nuts.
Reinstall the factory PCV hose onto new intake tube and secure with new hose clamp.
Install new air filter and secure into position using the supplied clamp.
Plug IAT sensor wire back into sensor on the bottom of air intake tube.
Using supplied hose tie downs secure the coolant overflow hose to the fan shroud.
Reinstall engine cover.
Enjoy your new cold air intake!!
