Description
Smooth and Secure Hood Lifting. Redline Tuning proudly offers this Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System for easy lifting of the hood. It also features sturdy components to securely hold the open hood in place without the aid of any other support. This kit has progressive gas springs to keep the hood in position to give you unobstructed access while working on the engine bay.
Custom-Valved Gas Struts. This QuickLIFT PLUS Hood Kit features a progressive release system with custom-valved gas struts. These struts slow down the rate of extension allowing for a smooth, fluid lifting process without unsteady movements. This end-of-force damping eliminates the stress that could exacerbate the wear and tear on the hood and its hinges.
High-Strength and Stylish Construction. The progressive-rate gas struts included in this Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System come in a black e-coated finish for durability and added visual appeal. The sturdy mounting brackets are covered in a black powder-coated finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance. Additionally, the gas struts are furnished with quick-release end-fittings for easy strut removal from the lower attachment so that you can rest the hood all the way back onto the windshield.
Bolt-On Installation. This Hood QuickLIFT PLUS System bolts on to your stock or any aftermarket hood with a 10 mm socket and wrench. It comes with premium hardware and reuses your vehicle’s existing mounting locations for a hassle-free install.
