Redarc is a quality product. At first, I couldn't find an install video for my 2017 jku Rubicon. However, I found a perfect video at www.etrailer.com. most youTube videos are for newer jeeps. I love this product.

effortless install and operation
Installation was fairly easy. There are several videos online to help guide you through the process. The only difficulty that i experienced during install was removing the 12vdc outlet. I did not have the correct tools but I was able to destroy the outlet to remove it. Im not going to be using it so, for me it is no big deal. Functionality of the unit is great and I did not really have to do anything to set up.

Redarc Tow Pro
Install was pretty straight forward once I decided where to put it. One thing I didn't see in the instructions was the unit has to learn how it's installed by driving. There is a series of illuminations on the dial to let you know it's learning. Unless you have a trailer hooked up the dial won't illuminate but the unit still self learns. When I hooked up the trailer the dial illuminated and the system works great.

Redarc and adapter cabel
I purchased both the Redarc and adapter cable for our 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Easy install. It took less than 1 hours. It was a plug and go. I did make a simple bracket to hold the unit flush just behind the plastic panel. Work great pulling our small Hummingbird camper trailer. It's weight is just under 2900 lbs loaded. Yes I recommend it
