Installation Instructions:

1. Carefully open the package using a box cutter or knife (Figure A) and ensure the turn signal lights and hardware are included and undamaged.

2. Disconnect the turn signal harnesses inside the engine bay by sliding the red locking tab over and depressing the retainer clip (Figure B).

3. Raise the hood and remove the six plastic clips connecting the grille to the chassis using a clip removal tool (Figure C). Note: Keep these clips as they will be used to mount the new headlights in place.

4. Remove the grille from the chassis (Figure D).

5. With the grille removed, carefully remove the OEM turn signals from each side of the grille by depressing the retaining clips (Figure E) and replace with the Recon Smoked LED Turn Signals (Figure F).

6. Reinstall the grille by returning each of the six plastic clips removed in Step 3 (Figure G).

7. Reconnect the turn signal wiring harnesses (Figure H).

8. Test the turn signals to make sure they blink at a slow, steady rate. Note: Due to the lower resistance LED lights produce than incandescent bulbs, the CPU may think the OEM bulb is burnt out and will cause the signal to blink at a rapid rate. If this occurs, install the load-resistor for each turn signal LED (provided).
