Please read all instructions before installation and to check to see that all parts are included.

Grille Installation

1. Remove Grille from packaging. Check to see if all parts from above table of kit contents are included.

2. Remove 6 plastic retaining clips with flat head screw driver (locations shown above) by removing center rivet pin first.

3. Once clips are removed, remove grille by pulling straight out and unhooking the marker lights.

4. Use saw to cut inner section of grille out. Mark 3.25" from top and bottom, these will be your cut  lines. Only inner bars will be removed. (Recommend using tape around cut line) (white shaded area below).

5. Place Putco grille over cut jeep grille. Align notch in top of grille with the "P" in the Jeep logo. Measure grille side to side and up and down to verify it is set on the Jeep grille square. Mark and drill all 20 holes around border of Putco grille. Use 5/16" drill bit.

6. Bolt Putco grille to Jeep grille using 1/4"-20 hardware; washer and nut goes on back side of grille. Use 7/16" wrench and 5/32" hex wrench to tighten hardware.

7. Reinstall grille shell into Jeep. Enjoy!!
