The product itself is amazing. Do not make the same mistake I did. Make sure you read the fine print. This kit is not for stock Dana 30 or 44 front axles.

Steering change is dramatic
I had the PSC adventure kit installed by a 4x4 shop. All components were top shelf. 1 finger steering no more hunting. I am running 37 inch tires it turns easier than stock with 33s.

Great product! Relatively easy install. A few thing needed with it is a 46mm socket and lock tight. On the 2.0l model it is easiest to take the ecm and the coolant reservoir bracket out. One quart of mopar electric steering fluid is needed.

Hd steering box/gear
Jeep feels so much stronger and stable when turning, and just going down the highway. I was able to hold it up and bolt it in alone but it’s heavy. Have 35’s but will be moving up to 37’s + and have read no bad reviews from others.

I can steer now!
PSC makes very high quality components and this kit is no exception. I'm running 37x13.50 tires on a full width D60 and the stock steering setup on my '05 LJ was very difficult to turn. The PSC setup with the new box alone (no ram installed at this point) can steer with one finger while standing still. The ram is just the icing on the cake for rock crawling. I did have to clearance the grille shell and radiator mount a bit to get the hoses to fit. This probably would not be necessary if I had a 1" body lift as called for in the instructions.

ease of steering
Great product, I love it, I installed the big bore kit then the assist ram. There was one issue with the mounting tabs. It did not allow for enough clearance over the diff cover I was able to adjust the Ram. I did talk to costumer service and they sent me new tabs to weld on
