Developed by Prosport for use with its exhaust gas temperature gauges, the Jeep Wrangler Temperature Exhaust Gauge K-Type Probe ensures your gauge provides an accurate readout. It’s a replacement part for the probe used for your existing gauge, with its 7-foot lead ensuring the probe can be used in the vast majority of vehicles.

Rugged Construction. In their quest to create a long-lasting probe, Prosport has used braided stainless steel for the Jeep Wrangler Temperature Exhaust Gauge K-Type Probe This involves weaving a stainless steel braid over a corrugated tube, providing the probe with both flexibility and anti-corrosion properties.

Simple Installation. As a replacement part, the Jeep Wrangler Temperature Exhaust Gauge K-Type Probe plugs directly into the slot where your previous gauge plugged in. Its 1/8-inch NPT thread ensures computability with most Prosport gauges. However, you will need to remove your existing EGT gauge to access the original probe.

Application. The Jeep Wrangler Temperature Exhaust Gauge K-Type Probe has a universal vehicle fit to ensure it works for practically any vehicle. However, it is not compatible with every Prosport EGT gauge. You cannot install this probe with the JDM, Crystal Blue, Premium EVO, and Supreme Series of Prosport gauges.

Installation Difficulty. While installing the probe itself is simple, you do need to access the original probe beforehand, requiring some experience. The installation will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
