This sheeting is CNC laser-cut for precise shaping, then die stamped to achieve its final form. The black powder-coat helps to protect the louver, though its all-aluminum construction means that it will never rust and is immune to most other types of commonly encountered corrosion also. The part is covered by a limited 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Template Installation. The Poison Spyder Black Hood Louver requires you to cut and drill your Jeep's hood, but includes a template that enables precise cutting for good fitment. The component also comes complete with stainless steel button head cap screws for attachment to the hood.
