      Description

Once you start to notice the wind howling around your windshield, the sound of traffic coming through, and moisture collecting on the inside of the glass, it's time to replace the Windshield Seal. Omix-ADA offers a practical, affordable replacement that fits snugly, blocking out the noise, air and any moisture, fully restoring the comfort you once felt when riding in your Jeep.

      Construction. The Omix-ADA Windshield Seal is made of high quality rubber that's pliable and yet durable. That's critical for achieving a tight seal to keep out water and air, while also withstanding baking summer temperatures, ice, salt spray, etc. Backed by a limited 5 year manufacturer's warranty, you can truly rely on this Windshield Seal to last. It's also made to match OE specs exactly, so you're not stuck having to make modifications just to get it to fit right.

      Installation. If you've never replaced windshield seal, give yourself a minimum of an hour to finish this job. You need a utility knife to make any necessary cuts, plus winshield weatherstripping adhesive, which is sold seperately. start by cleaning the area where the old seal was installed. You can use regular glass cleaner, but mineral spirits work well for removing old adhesive left behind. Dry fit the new seal, then remove it and apply the fresh adhesive before installing the seal permanently.

      Application. All 1987-1995 Jeep Wranglers (YJ) are compatible with this Omix-ADA Windshield Seal.
