      Description

      Specs. When shifting between modes in your classic YJ Wrangler, there are plenty of warning signs that there may be a problem with the shift mode selector. Loud shifting or unpleasant noises, difficult shifting, or a loose, slack feeling may all indicate severe wear or even a broken or distorted selector. Omix-ADA manufactures this replacement Shift Mode Selector that can be used as a full replacement for the OE part, getting you shifting as smoothly and quietly as ever.

      Construction. Omix-ADA produces their Shift Mode Selector out of steel and provides a blued finish to keep it from rusting. This tough replacement part is meant as a direct substitute for stock part number 4638844, which is difficult to replace and requires advanced installation skills. This component weighs 1 pound and meets all factory parameters and standards. A 5 year warranty applies to this and all other Omix-ADA parts. Works with the NP231 transfer case.

      Application. Fits 1991-1994 Wrangler YJ models.
