      Description

      Construction. This gas tank skid plate from Rugged Ridge is built from 3/16 inch thick steel, and is e-coated and powder coated for lasting toughness. The e-coating and the black powder coat prevent rust and chips, so you can feel comfortable taking this plate into mud pits and over rocks.

      Protection. Protect your Wrangler's gas tank from debris and rough terrain as you make your way off-road. Many parts of your Wrangler are important, but none more so than your gas tank when you're in the middle of nowhere, blazing your own trails. Keep yourself from getting stranded with this skid plate.

      Application. This skid plate is a direct bolt-on for 1987 - 1995 YJ Wranglers. This plate uses the existing mounting holes from your OE skid pan.
