This perfectly covered all holes plus holds my licence plate. Very clean look. Only took longer to install as I had on backwards first!!

A few issues but easily fixed.
I mean, c'mon, it's Motobilt. Of course it looks great. Only negative (reason for -1 star) is there are some very sharp burs on the edges, especially where the tag light wires feed through. I didn't file them down because I didn't want to expose bare metal. I instead used wire loom on the wires and rubber washers behind the plate so it wouldn't come in contact with my freshly painted tailgate. Also, the hardware provided didn't work for mine but I opted to go with black allen head bolts anyways to match my hinges. Much cleaner look, Maybe they should go that route as well.

Built to last
Just what the YJ needed. These things are very well built and went in very easily by myself. I did new body mounts at the same time so it took a bit longer. I like the way they tie in to the body mounts, unlike some that just bolt to the tub. Motobuilt knows how to build stuff.

Flat Belly Skid
The Motobilt flat belly skid was a huge improvement over the factory skid. I did have to modify the way it mounts due to having a TH350 trans and atlas tfer case but simple spacers and longer bolts worked great.

Hatchet Frame chop
Pretty straight forward install. There's a time when you can go back after that first cut. I used a Sawzall with ne long metal blades then an angle grinder. It is a tight fight and dead blow hammer is your friend. It comes bare steel I painted mine white and will have to do some touch ups to the paint after using the dead blow. overall its a fairly simply install if you have any fab type of experience. It took me about 5 hours but I'm old and getting up from the floor takes a bit nowadays.
