This Dana 30 rebuild kit has everything you need! Including the best bearings available, Timken bearings are the best. More than enough shims, all parts of the highest quality. I used this kit on both the front Dana 30 and the rear Dana 35.

Had to replace my 4.11 ring and pinion due to catastrophic damage from wheeling. For now the new one has been holding up nicely.

4.11 Motive gear set
Product is very good quality. Everything include for install. Make note that if you have 3.21 stock gears like my 2010 Sahara with manual transmission, you will need a new carrier for front axle only. Before gear change was not able to use 6th gear do to power and all other gears were sluggish. Since install 4.11 with my current 33” tires it is set perfectly for highway and moderate trail driving.

Great item
I don’t suggest doing this install/upgrade if you don’t have air tools. A friend and I installed this over the course of a few days. Definitely pulls my 35s and lift better. Does not come with inner axle seals and I would recommend purchasing tube seals for your front axle as well.
