Protection for my catalytic converters.
The REAL reason I bought this skid plate is to try and protect my catalytic converters from being stolen. Since my Tundra has enough ground clearance to just slide under with a cordless reciprocating saw and boost both my catalytic converters in a matter of 2 minutes. This would leave me with a huge bill to replace them. I figure this is cheap insurance.

Nice added armor
Easy install, anout a half hour start to finish. Added bonus, hides your cat converters too. Easy (relative) removal to service your transmission or any other components. Uses existing holes in the frame for mounting.
