Part fits really well…I wish the instructions included using the spacers between the Radiator and A/C condenser instead of being a separate note Otherwise installation could’ve been a lot faster. Wont’t really know how well it performs till warmer weather. It does hold a little more fluid since I used at least a quart after installing and spec says it’s supposed to hold half a quart more over stick

Solid rad

93 YJ 4.0 5spd manual Fitment-identical to the OE radiator, install was straightforward, no mods needed to install it. All mounting and hose connections identical to OE rad. I did have to come up with my own plugs for the bottom transmission cooler tank. Weird, plugs are not provided but adapters are included for transmission lines; 4 couplers with 2 different size aluminum lines. Plugs are needed to prevent debris from getting into the trans oil cooler tank if it matters to you. Plastic press in plugs are included but only to prevent debris entry before use. I modified two coupler fittings; cut off the tubes, threaded the inside of the coupler nut, plugged it with a bolt and lock tight, installed the coupler nuts and properly plugged the oil tank. Quality- appears well made. I just recently installed the tank and don’t have many miles on it. Tank has lifetime warranty which is reason I purchased this one. No leaks at this time. My OE rad was leaking fluid under pressure at the top tank seals. Installation- exact fit. I changed the thermostat and hoses so this took a few hours to complete. You don’t need to remove the radiator shroud. There is enough room to r&i the new radiator with the shroud loose.

Tight Fit

The overall quality of this part is great, and it looked like it was going to fit perfectly. But as I began to rotate the cap on to the radiator port it got really hard to turn and made me believe it wasn't completely installed. Took it off and installed it a couple of times to see if it just needed to break in a bit but it remained tough. I did turn my jeep on to see if there was any leaks, luckily it was good to go.

Tranny cooler

Good build quality and components! Settlement and installation was a breeze. Just what I needed when my OEM transmission cooler failed and I was installing new transmission.

Very good fit but...

I actually really like these hoses but th3 e clamps supplied SUCK they are extremely narrow and will strip way before they'll seal. The hoses fit perfect so just buy better clamps and they'll last for a long time

Mishimoto Radiator Review

Pros 1 - Excellent manufacturing. Welds are beautiful. Craftsmanship is excellent 2 - Ease of install 3 - includes all necessary parts for install Cons 1 - There were some misalignment of the radiator and stock Jeep JK AC condenser. Some of the mounting holes did not line up and I was only able to getv3 of the 5 installed. I don't believe it will compromise anything but it is a concern. I would still give this product a 5 Star review

Install is easy cooling is even better. My Jeep use to see 215-225 all the time but wouldn’t overheat. Now it may see 208 doing 80mph going up an incline on 37’s with 5:38’s Great radiator ????
