I often go out with large groups either leading or tailing. Sometimes these groups get stretched out a considerable distance so I wanted a more powerful radio than my 15 watt dash mount. This fit the bill to a tee

Very nice Radio
It fits well up behind the dash and you can still hear the speaker very well. I took out the glove box and there is a space there to the left the radio fits very well in there. With some fabrication to the bracket it sits there very nicely. You will need to get the mic extension cable though.

Amazing for the money
So I have a cb, and most trails I run everyone is on gmrs now. This was a simple install and works great. I was skeptical on the size of the antenna but it’s crystal clear and goes for at least 4 miles (farthest I’ve had someone in my group to communicate with). Would recommend
