How to Install MasterTop Tonneau Cover - Black Diamond (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 Door) on your Jeep Wrangler

Note: There is a total of 1 part. 1 – MasterTop Tonneau Cover. You will need a Factory Style Soft Top Tailgate Bar for this install. The Smittybilt Factory Style Soft Top Tailgate Bar – Part# 91205 (XT# J116585) was used for this installation guide.

1. Lay the MasterTop Tonneau Cover on a clean surface and place it upside down.

2. With the rubber tube seal face up, slide it through the tailgate gate C channel.

3. When done sliding the tailgate bar all the way on to the rubber tube seal. It should like the picture below. Note: If you place the tailgate bar on the Tonneau Cover incorrectly it will not fit into the side clamps on the Jeep® correctly.

4. Place the MasterTop Tonneau Cover on the back of your Jeep®. Locking the ends of the tailgate bar into the side clamps.

5. Close the tailgate once the tailgate bar is in place. This will prevent the tailgate bar from coming out.

6. Open the collars on the MasterTop Tonneau Cover and wrap it around the sports bar. Do the same on the opposite side.

7. Secure the rear corners of the MasterTop Tonneau Cover. Place the plastic strip into the corner rail retainer channel.

8. Secure the plastic strip along the side of the MasterTop Tonneau Cover into the side rail retainer channel. Note: Make sure that the plastic strip is all the way into the channel before sliding the opposite side into place. It may be tight when sliding the opposite side into the rail retainer channel.
