Description
Mounted and Balanced Wheel and Tire Kit. This wheel and tire combo kit features (5) 15x8 Mammoth 8 Simulated Beadlock Style Anthracite Wheels and (5) Mudclaw Mud-Terrain Comp MTX 31x10.50R15 tires that have been put together into an easy to buy kit that arrives to your door already mounted and balanced ready to be installed on your vehicle.
Anthracite Mammoth 8 Aluminum Beadlock Wheel. Mammoth's 8 Beadlock Style Wheel features a classic 8-hole design with a stepped outer lip and simulated bead lock bolt accents. This Mammoth Wheel is completed in a high quality, clear coated, anthracite gray finish for an aggressive appearance that can withstand the hazards of everyday driving - including road chips and pitting.
Mudclaw Comp MTX. The Mud Claw Comp MTX is a mud terrain tire that's designed for use on Jeeps, light trucks, and SUVs. A deep, aggressive tread pattern increases traction and promotes self-cleaning, and the Mud Claw Comp MTX's tough construction enhances strength and durability for a longer tread life. Stylized sidewall provides eye-catching appearance. Rubber compound resists cuts, chips, and punctures.
How do I keep my TPMS feature? The Tire Pressure Monitoring System is a safety feature found on all modern vehicles that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit. Aftermarket wheels do not have TPMS sensors. However, if you select 'Add TPMS Sensor Kit' for your specific year from the options listed above, we'll install the sensors in your new wheels for free!
Application. This 15x8 Mammoth 8 Beadlock Style & Mudclaw Mud-Terrain Comp MTX Tire Package; Set of 5 is designed to fit 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models.
Road Hazard Protection. ExtremeTerrain is proud to offer an optional Road Hazard Tire Protection program to our customers who purchase a Wheel and Tire Package from us. With this program, you will receive a 3-Year/36 Month protection plan for changing of flat tires and flat tire repair.
36 Months of Protection. The Road Hazard Protection Program is good for 3-Years (36 Months) from the purchase date printed on the program certificate or until any part of the tire tread that comes in contact with the road has a tread depth of 2/32” or less, whichever comes first.
Flat Tire Changing Assistance. Enrolled customers are eligible for reimbursement of up to $75 for roadside flat changing assistance provided by a licensed service provider. This is limited to the roadside installation of the customer’s own usable spare tire. Customer must have a spare tire. The customer would pay the service provider for flat tire changing and then be reimbursed.
Flat Tire Repair. Enrolled customers are eligible for Flat Tire Repair up to $20 per tire. This repair would include labor and patch. Reimbursement is limited to two flat tire repair claims during the coverage terms of 3-Years/36 months. The customer would pay the service provider for flat tire repair and then be reimbursed.

What a difference
I upgraded the tires when I got upgraded rims but together they look fantastic. They came pre-mounted balanced, and inflated didn’t take me long to get the new shoes on my jeep.

Love the new look of these Mammoth 8 rims w/ 33" Kenda tires!!!
Had a local shop do the install on several items for our 98 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport 4.0l. The wife finally let me put some $ into the Jeep since will be towing behind our new motorhome. Anywho, had a Teraflex 3" lift installed with their 9550 shocks and these rims and tires. Was definitely higher and somewhat a challenge to get up in the driver's seat, lol, but worth it. I'm about 7" higher than I was and the view of traffic is awesome! I can see over the car in front of me... Drive wise, after getting a alignment and adding a teraflex steering stabilizer, it is almost as good as it was but a little floaty feeling. I guess all lifted vehicles do that so will have to relearn to drive it. Doesn't feel that way until going above 35 mph. Love the look and am excited to drive out on the trails... Recommended!!!

Balancing Issues
Recommend having wheel and tire sets balanced at a local shop. When I received my order, weights on tires fell off when mounting them to the Jeep and some were loose inside shipping boxes. Additionally, center caps not very secured to rims. Very little effort is taken to knock the caps off the rims. Not sure how long they will stay on. Other than the two issues above, a very nice tire/rim package.

Great unique set up!
This setup looks great on a 2 door Wrangler TJ. The gray rims (while a bit lighter in color than in the pictures) are unique out on the road from the black-on-black that most Jeep owners have gone to. Consider it to be a great alternative to the chrome look as well.
