      Description

      Design.The MagnaFlow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter has a ribbed body with channels that protect the cushioning mat from direct exposure to hot exhaust gases. This ribbed construction decreases expansion and distortion even when the converter heats up. The converter has a ceramic coating to increase surface area and enhance flow.

      Function.This converter is designed with a monolithic honeycomb catalyst, which helps converts harmful compounds into less harmless substances that are sent out via the exhaust. It offers an easy bolt-on installation without cutting, tube bending or welding.

      Fitment.This stainless steel converter is compatible with 2000-2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ models equipped with a 2.5L or 4.0L;  2003 TJ models equipped with a 2.4L or 4.0L and 2004 models equipped with a 2.4L engine.

      Note: This catalytic converter is not legal in the state of California.
