Not glossy and not flat, kind of satin black
Very nice quality hinges. Heavy duty. Just feels strong in your hand. Certainly not cheap knock-offs. Fit perfectly. Looks great on my Jeep. The satiny finish looks great with the gloss black hood and brushed powder coated black accents. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

2012 Wrangler JK
In installed these on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler jk. My stock hinges were losing their paint. These installed easy but make sure you if plan to paint the area under the hinges that you have a can of matching paint before you start. I recommend you do paint that area since it is not painted and water will get underneath the hinge. The new hinges look great.
