How to Install KC Hilites Jeep TJ; Overhead Bracket Set for C50 LED 97-06 on your Jeep Wrangler

NOTE - This bracket set is designed for the KC 338 50" LED bar only.

PARTS INCLUDED
1 - 50" LED light bar with wiring (KC #338)
2 - Above windshield light mounting brackets
6 - 5/16 x 1 1/4 black zinc bolts
6 - 5/16 black zinc washer
2 - Protective gaskets

INSTALLING THE BRACKETS

1. Remove the three Torx head bolts from each of the upper windshield frame hinge brackets.

2. Align the rubber gasket over the holes on the vehicle. It can be held in place with a couple of pieces of scotch tape or the like.

3. Lay the bracket over the gasket and align the holes. Start and hand tighten each of the three bolts with washers. (Do not fully tighten at this time.)

4. Install the KC #338 50" LED bar onto the brackets using the hardware included with the bar and tighten securely.

5. After the bar is in place, fully tighten the brackets on the vehicle.

6. Wire the bar according to the instructions included with the LED bar.
