How to Install KC HiLiTES 2 in. C-Series C2 LED Light Bar - Flood Beam on your Jeep Wrangler

- Light Wiring Harness

1. Place the mounting hardware out next to the LED (Figure A).

2. Insert the bolt with the square centering into the metal mounting piece before placing the mount on the LED (Figure B).

3. Align the metal mounting piece with the LED mounting holes (Figure C).

4. Run the smaller bolt through the holes (Figure D).

5. With the smaller bolt all the way through, thread the smaller washer to hold it in place (Figure E).

6. Using an Allen wrench and 10mm socket wrench, tighten the washer down so that the metal mounting piece is secured into place (Figure F).

7. Slide a flat washer over the mounting bolt (Figure G). Then, using a 13mm socket wrench, tighten the bolt onto the desired LED mounting location.

8. Connect the LED to a light wiring harness (not provided) to provide power.
