2018 Rubicon - RubiKRITE
Installation Time: Less than 1 Hour
Nicer for JK than JL
This is definitely a quality product whose features were well thought out in development. It is definitely not a breathable fabric (maybe a tiny bit). Great as a cover and to ensure it holds the weights listed. I see it holding up even when I put like 250 lb on it and the strain on the grommets would be tearing many other materials. I did not like figuring out that with my JLUR, the colored clip is worthless. They want you to hack at the trim on the bottom of the rear roll bat to expose the metal. Unless doing this professionally, just use the strap there. The instructions were also not for the clips OR straps I ended up getting. The parts are solid and no question on quality, but hooking it up wasn't as simple as it should be, given I had to make it up as I went. This was comfy at first try and I like the multiple uses. We trail ride and dispersed camp often and it will be useful in many ways. Overall, they need to update instructions and actually provide parts that FIT the vehicle I'm ordering it for. At $200, I feel these pieces should have been sorted before attempting to sell it for a JL. If you have a JK, well, it makes sense (JKloud) and is more worth the money to have something of this quality custom to your ride.
