Windshield header for 2018 JK
Relatively easy to install. Only issue I had was that it did not come with rivet or clip, so I had to break the factory one. Substitute with a flat screw or smaller clip.

Tape is not sticky
Gasket fit nicely, but the 3M tape was not sticky at all. The 3M tape has a 24-month shelf life, and I would assume this product was manufactured, and has been sitting in inventory for a lot longer than that. Extreme offered me a return for store credit (I received it more than 30 days ago) or they would offer me a $15 dollar credit to buy new 3M tape and replace it myself. I accepted that option. They also said if that doesn’t work out I could still return it under the original RMA. Extreme was very helpful.

I recently purchased this jeep from our son, it's been a $$ pit, and leaks too. So I am working my way around to solve the leaks. This fit nicely, not too difficult for install, more PITA to remove old and prep than to install. Not where leak was found.

This definitely isn’t a complicated install but… To do this right requires 2 rivets - one at each end to hold it in place. There’s nothing to inform you about this until you go to take the existing seal out. Additionally, there should be some tips provided to get the best install. If I were to do this again I’d start in the middle and work out one way and then the other. This will help to ensure you aren’t stretching to fit at the end or overstretching in the beginning. My road noise is actually worse after the install but I don’t have a rivet gun and I believe I didn’t stretch enough at the start so I didn’t get the perfect fit on the second side. I’d also recommend starting from driver side - which I didn’t do. The product itself seems quite nice but some guidance from n the install would have been a game changer in my opinion. Hopefully these tips will help the next person

Easy Install!!
Soft top was leaking and order this and had it very quickly. Was easier to to install than getting the old one out. Just make sure you get all the old adhesive out and cleaned up and dry before installing new seal.
