Description
Smooth Wheel Operation. The wheel hub and bearing are essential components of any vehicle’s wheel assembly, enabling wheel rotation and reducing friction. If you’ve noticed unusual noises while driving or experienced difficulties with vehicle handling, your factory wheel hub and bearing may need a replacement. This Dorman Wheel Hub and Bearing Assembly is an OEM-quality replacement that will ensure the smooth rotation of your Wrangler’s wheels for years to come.
Steel Construction. The wheel hub and bearings are especially susceptible to wear and tear because they constantly rotate at high speeds and must handle the entire vehicle’s weight. This wheel hub and bearing are made from high-quality steel in the U.S. by Dorman to handle the test of time. The brake pilot diameter is 2.80 Inches, and the bolt circle diameter is 4.75 inches, the same as in the factory part.
Straightforward Replacement. The wheel hub and bearing replacement requires jacking up the vehicle and must be performed by those with intermediate mechanical skills. However, the installation is straightforward due to the vehicle-specific bolt-on construction. Please note that the mounting hardware is not included with the product, but the part is compatible with stock hardware.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. This wheel hub and bearing are backed by a limited lifetime warranty applied to all materials and parts defects. Some warranty exceptions may apply.
Application. This wheel hub and bearing fit the rear wheels of all 2007-2010 Jeep Wrangler JK.
Installation Difficulty. The wheel hub and bearing replacement requires intermediate mechanical skills and a jack. It takes 2-3 hours on average.
