These grille inserts are manufactured from high-quality 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, making them extremely durable and corrosion-resistant while remaining relatively light in weight. These inserts are then machine-cut and formed to exact measurements before getting expertly welded to provide a precise fit and added rigidity. Finally, these billet grille inserts receive a wear-resistant black powder coat finish for an aggressive style and added corrosion protection.
