Merideth: If you're looking for a stylish way to protect the front end and get some additional benefits in the meantime, this officially licensed Jeep Trail Force HD Front Bumper with the Jeep Logo will be a great pick for your 1987 to 2006 YJ or TJ Wrangler. Now, this will be a good pick if you're missing that off-road aesthetic and off-road function and want a front bumper that will bring that to the table, whether you're an avid off-roader or only go once in a while. Not to mention, if you're a fan of the Jeep brand as a whole and you want a way to add it to your build, this will be a great way to add it in a sleek and stylish way. This will feature multiple benefits, including good mid-width protection to the front as well as grille protection with the integrated bull bar. Now recovery is also included here with the two welded D-ring mounts on the front and included D-rings capable of pulling 9,500 pounds, each of those for sticky situations. Now, you can also be the one to pull your buddy out thanks to the winch plate on top that's compatible with all winches with a standard bolt pattern and a 12,000-pound pulling capacity. Now, last but not least, this will include light mounting tabs on top of the bull bar to add additional lighting so you can customize this to your personal preference. Now, this will be made of a heavy-duty 5/32-inch steel plate construction with 2 by 0.12-inch tubing on top, offering a robust construction and as we'll have the Jeep logo embossed right in the front for a little bit of added style there. As we'll also have a premium two-stage black powder coat finish on top which uses an epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coat for optimal protection to the steel underneath. This will also just be completely bolt-on so you don't have to worry about modifying your Jeep. Now, this will come in at around $450 and I think you're definitely getting your money's worth at the price point considering all the options that you're getting including recovery, light mounting options, protection, and of course, style. Now, the embossed Jeep logo down at the bottom is also something that you don't see very often and this will allow a little bit of assurance that this bumper is up to the Jeep standard.Install couldn't get any easier for a front bumper, at a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, taking you about two hours to get the job done with some pretty basic hand tools. At this point, we can head over to the shop and check out a detailed breakdown of the install process step by step. So, that's gonna wrap it up for me. Let's go ahead and get into it.Man: For this install, you will need an impact, a ratchet, T55 Torx bit, 10 and 19-millimeter sockets and also a 19-millimeter wrench. What's up, guys? Today, we're gonna be doing a front bumper on our Wrangler but before we get started, we're gonna send you to watch a short video on how to remove your factory bumper and we'll see you when you get back.Merideth: So, our first step to taking off our factory front bumper is gonna be to remove our sway bar cover. Now, you're gonna need a 10-millimeter socket and we're gonna remove the two bolts on either side that are holding the cover on. So, after the two bolts on the front are removed, there are gonna be two on the back, so you can remove those with the same 10-millimeter socket. After those four bolts are removed, we can peel up our sway bar and link cover. So, after our sway bar cover is off, we need to remove the two bolts on the top and the one bolt on the bottom of either side of our front bumper. Now, our hardware was replaced, so I'm gonna be using a 19-millimeter socket. However, these should be T55 Torx. So, after the two on top are removed, we can remove the one on the bottom. Then same thing for the other side. After that last bolt is removed, we can remove the whole front bumper.Man: Welcome back, guys. Now that we've shown you how to remove your factory bumper, it's time to go on with our new setup. So, we're gonna go ahead and set this on, line it up with our mounting brackets here on the front, and go ahead and install our hardware and get it tightened down. Now, if you are installing this on a YJ, you will need to use the included bracket adapters. Ours is a TJ, so we'll go right on to the factory mounts. Now that we have our bumper set in place, we can go ahead and install the six provided 19-millimeter bolts and flat washers in our factory mounting locations. Now that we have our bottom two loosely in place, we'll go ahead and install the four on the top, and then we'll tighten it all down with our 19-mil socket on our impact for the bottom and 19-millimeter wrench for the top.So now we're gonna use our 19-millimeter socket on our ratchet to go ahead and tighten down our top two bolts. Then we'll go ahead and tighten down the other two up top, and then we'll come back and tighten down our bottom bolts. Now we can use our 19-mil socket on our impact to tighten down our bottom two bolts. Now we can go ahead and install our provided D-rings on our hooks here. Go ahead and set our D-ring on, put our pin bolt through, make sure that's nice and snug, and we'll do the same thing for the other one. All righty guys, that about wraps up our review and install of our officially licensed Jeep Trail Force HD Front Bumper with Jeep Logo for your '87 to '06 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ. Thanks for watching, and as always, for everything Wrangler, keep it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Barricade front bumper
Easy install looks great on my jeep. Very good quality and I like the powder coated finish matches my rear bumper and flares!

Awesome look
The bumper fit great and looks great. Took less than an hour to install. I did install a winch at the same time and recommend doing it prior to installing the bumper. I did it by myself in my garage using a chain lever tool. If you don’t have something like that, then better get some help from a friend.

Trail force bumper
Extremely easy to install on the tj. Did not need the extra clips and was able to do this myself no help. Took longer to get the old bumper off than to install the new one. Looks great but packaging is not the best. Mine did have a small scratch but I’m not worried about it.

Pretty Nice
It seems to have a pretty good build quality, only time will tell if it will stand up to the elements.

Review shared from Jeep Licensed by RedRock Trail Force HD Front Bumper with Jeep Logo (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK)
Great bumper for the money.
Really happy with the bumper that I installed on my 2017 JKU. The only complaint I have is the the fog light brackets have really small screws that have to be joined to a washer/nut combo in a very small space. Took a few tries for each of the 8 screws before we could get them to thread. The bumper went on the car with no issues and looks great.
