Nothing Left Behind. There's nothing more rewarding than getting your project ride up and running. So rewarding that it's easy to forget about some major details as you rush to get it rolling. The corners you cut will come back to bite you on the you-know-what, though. If it's the steering column showing its teeth, you're in trouble. You might as well replace it now, so your CJ doesn't take you for the ride of your life in the wrong way.

The Line to the Front Wheels. The steering column is your only connection to the front wheels. Without it, those big hunks of rubber are bound to wander whatever way they feel as you motor along. That's not a good thing, especially if you're not expecting it. This is an OE replacement for your factory steering column, and you can count on the quality to keep that from happening.

Five Years for Good Measure. You can buy another steering column or pull one from the junkyard if you want, but what do you get? Either a hard-used unit that's not in much better shape than what you've already got or something that's just not made as well as it should be. The marketing can make it confusing to determine which are better than others, but the five-year warranty attached to this proves it's built to last.
