      Description

      Practical Sound Quality Enhancement. No matter how awesome your sound system is, if you’re traveling through a noisy road, you won’t be able to hear just how good your system is. This is where the SoundSkins Custom Cut Sound Dampening Kit. This dampening kit's unique, 3-layer construction is engineered to insulate your interior from tire and road noise. This creates a quieter environment inside your vehicle, allowing you to really enjoy your music without having to crank up its volume.

      Resilient Build Quality. This sound dampening kit is made up of 3 specialized layers of resilient acoustic foam, butyl rubber, and metallic foil designed to effectively dampen any exterior noise. Similarly, these sound-dampening sheets measure just 0.18 inches thick, ensuring these don’t get in the way of any door components when installed. Moreover, these acoustic panels are water and heat-resistant, making them capable of providing some heat insulation.

      No Frills Install Procedure. This kit’s individual panels are designed to mount onto your doors’ inner surfaces using their self-adhesive panels. This makes installing the dampening panels a no-frills peel-and-stick process. What’s more, each individual panel comes with cutouts that keep any internal door components exposed so you don’t have to cut anything out. However, it’s a good idea to clean the sheet metal thoroughly using alcohol or acetone to ensure complete adhesion of the panels to the metals.

      Application. The SoundSkins Custom Cut Sound Dampening Kit fits all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JL 4-door models.
