Snapped out the old one pulled the wires. Plugged in the wires on the new one and snapped into place. No issues.

I'm leaving this review only to let the buyers know that this grill is dark gray not black. If you're a person who is particular about detail this for you. I went ahead and spent another 150.00 to have it professionally painted flat black. Everything else was just fine.

Fit well on the passenger side door but on the driver side it is like it's made to large the bottom hangs the top falls out I'm continently putting it back in the slots I hate to glue it.
