I damaged my original bumper but this replacement was easy to put on and looks great!

Exactly what I needed

Was a bit uncertain purchasing this bumper but it fit perfectly. This is much like the original bumper on my Jeep, with a nicer finish. No instructions, but they are not needed here. Simply take out the six bolts on your existing bumper and transfer them to the new one. Install was about 10 minutes here.

Rear bumper

Nice replacement bumper. Exact fit. It’s the 16 year old rusted bolts you’ll have a problem with. Lots of pb blaster and grease to get it back together. Do yourself a favor and get new hardware it will make the job much easier. But like I said nice bumper and truck looks great. 2.5 hour install.

Direct Fit Replacement!!

This black powder-coated rear bumper replacement was easy and pretty straightforward to install. I tried covering the chrome with a black plastic cover before and didn’t like it at all. A whole replacement is so much more worth it even if it is a little more expensive and a little bit of time to remove and install.

Read this first before you buy

This is a perfectly fine bumper, good quality. However, if you are like me and live in a heavily salted area, consider buying the complete replacement bumper. Everything was rusted to hell and I ended up having to buy all the hardware and plastics anyway. Save the headache and just go for the full replacement if you think you're gonna be snapping bolts and plastic.

OE Replacement Rear Bumper Black

Shipped/Delivered on time, and was packed very well. Definitely use penetrating fluid on all bolts day before - and grab some push rivets to have on hand…. Actual install was a little over an hour. Fit like a glove. Joe and the XT crew had another great video that was spot on - well done!!! Completed my ‘de-chrome’ mods and my Tacoma looks great (IMO)…. We’re on to the rims because yeah - those silver stock rims have to go.

Complete rear bumper replacement

This is a well built replacement bumper. It is made for 09 tundra without a tow package. It comes with a completely new bumper and frame that fits the tundra like a glove. My truck has the tow package so I unbolted the new frame and installed the bumper only. As the tow package acts as the frame. Again all holes matched perfectly

Great bumper if you have all the other parts

I bought this bumper as a replacement for my original bumper which was damaged after backing into a tree. The bumper that ExtremeTerrain offers is great, but could be better if all necessary parts were included such as all of the hardware, the reinforcement brackets, and the step pads. This bumper is great if you have all of these parts from an undamaged bumper, but if you are looking to replace a damaged bumper then you will need to purchase the remaining essential parts and hardware elsewhere. Like I said, the bumper itself is great and it is clearly stated in the description that it only comes with the bumper and that you must reuse original parts/hardware, so overall not a good option if you are replacing a damaged bumper.

Rear bumper

Perfect fitment, just be careful not to let it rub or sit on anything hard when changing over the hardware, had to touch up some of the paint after it got a few scratches from the concrete.
