      does not come assembled

shaft seems to be good quality, however unlike the picture leads you to believe, the axle shaft does not come assembled and you must assemble it yourself. also the cardboard used for shipping was very flimsy and so it had more than a few holes where the axle shaft broke through the box during shipping.

      More Adjustment length than OE

You will not run out of threads unless something is way wrong with your clutch setup.

      Dana 44 Diff carrier bearing

This was a perfect fit, the box it was shipped in needed to be stronger. I thought the carrier or bearings were damaged if you would have seen the box, but luckily there was no damage. Hopefully this will help them with stronger packaging.

      Clutch master/slave cylinder

It’s as simple as removing the cotter pin on the clutch and removing the slave from the bell housing and then remove the master cylinder from the fire wall (passenger side) Before full installation you will need to bench bleed the system , put the master above the slave and then slowly pump the air out of the line
