And while your vehicle’s original striker was sturdy when it was first installed, time combined with adventurous driving may have led to it breaking down. If that’s the case, Crown Automotive is here with their Jeep Wrangler Door Striker Kit. Designed as a direct replacement for your factory part, this door striker kit gives you a cost-effective alternative to working with a dealership to find an original factory part.

      Built to OEM Standards. The Jeep Wrangler Door Striker Kit is built to the same high DOT-approved standards as your original door striker. Sturdy steel is used for both the peg and plate, ensuring this striker will last for many years. The black painted finish also ensures that this kit meshes with your vehicle’s interior style with no issues.

      Direct Installation. As this part meets OEM specifications, you can install it using the same mounts that hold your factory door striker in place. No drilling or modifications are required to get your door latch working again.

      Variable Warranty. Crown Automotive’s warranty covers this part for whichever expires first out of 12,000-mile and 1-year limits. The warranty covers against material defects and faults in workmanship, though some exclusions apply.

      Application. The Jeep Wrangler Door Striker Kit is designed to work with driver-side door mechanisms in Jeep CJ7 and Jeep Wrangler YJ vehicles built between 1981-1995. It is not compatible with 0.25-Turn handle doors.

      Installation Difficulty. Anybody with moderate automotive knowledge should be able to install this door striker with few issues. The part takes less than an hour to fit.
