      Trouble-Free Install Procedure. These door handle covers are designed to install over your door handles using automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape backing for a trouble-free peel-and-stick procedure. It is suggested however that you first thoroughly clean your handles before wiping these down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone. This is to promote total adhesion of the tape to your Jeep. Also when installing these covers in the cold, it is a good idea to warm up the handles as the adhesive works best on warm surfaces. This can be done with a heat gun or a hairdryer.
