      No-Frills Install Procedure. These door handle covers include automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape backing, making their installation a no-frills peel-and-stick install procedure. Before installation, it is suggested that you thoroughly clean your handles before wiping these down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol or acetone. This is to promote excellent adhesion of the covers to your Jeep. Moreover, when installing these in the cold, it’s a good idea to heat the mounting surfaces as this type of adhesive is more effective on warm surfaces. You can do this with a heat gun or a hairdryer.
