This hood protector mounts close to your hood and features a design that complements the lines of your hood. This design gives your Wrangler JL a streamlined look that’s sure to turn heads wherever you drive. What’s more, its robust construction makes it more than capable of providing the leading edge of your Jeep with protection against hazards like flying pebbles, insects, and concrete chips.

      Robust Build Quality. This hood protector is built from a specially formulated ABS plastic material, making it extremely robust and resistant to deterioration due to the weather. Moreover, this component is crafted using an advanced injection-molding process, ensuring a clean, OE-grade fit. Finally, this protector features a sleek dark smoke finish.

      Uncomplicated Install Procedure. This Aeroskin hood protector is pre-equipped with automotive-grade double-sided adhesive tape on its underside, making installation an uncomplicated peel-and-stick install process. Before installation, it is suggested that the mounting surfaces be thoroughly cleaned and dried before being wiped down with the included alcohol pads. This is to promote adhesion of the tape to your vehicle. It’s also advised that the mounting surfaces first be warmed-up when installing this component in cold weather as the adhesive works best in temperatures between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This can be accomplished using a hairdryer or heat gun.

      Application. This Aeroskin Dark Smoke Hood Protector fits all 2018 to 2024 Jeep Wrangler JL models.

      Application Notes. Please do not drive your Jeep for 24 hours, and do not wash for 72 hours after installation. This is to give time for the adhesive to completely set.
