      On certain BMW, Mini, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, the original equipment engine coolant bleeder screw is made of plastic. Over time and during normal service, the head of the plastic screw deforms, becomes difficult to turn, and inevitably requires replacement. This Dorman OE FIX coolant air bleeder screw is made of brass to resist deforming during service, saving the expense of replacing the original screw with the same failure-prone plastic design.
