It is a Cap
Not sure how to review a simple cap, but here goes. This Master Cylinder Cap is made of high quality molded plastic and the yellow lets you know this is important. The raised black lettering stands out so even the ones with bad sight will be able to make it out. The rubber gasket is of fine quality and properly seals the cap on to the master cylinder tank.
