Some of the benefits of installing this kit include:Digital temperature control both on the newly installed UAG or UAQ display and the HVAC Climate Control.Audio/volume control using the factory rotary dialTrack/station tuning using the factory rotary dialTHINGS TO KNOWBy using this kit you will not gain dual AUTO climate control. The climate must be adjusted using the driver’s side controls only. It is recommended to utilize the “SYNC” button so the driver’s side temperature and passenger’s side temperature are the same.95% of Jeeps come pre-wired for both the cabin temperature sensor and sun sensor. However, if your Jeep lacks pre-wiring for the Sun Sensor, this upgrade is incompatible with your Jeep. Should your Jeep have a sun sensor but be missing a cabin temperature sensor, you’ll need to purchase our Cabin Temperature Sensor Kit to ensure this upgrade works seamlessly.If you have a 2023-2023 Jeep, upgrading from the base 5″ UAA radio to a 7″ UAG (Wrangler or Gladiator) or 8.4″ UAQ (Wrangler or Gladiator), and would prefer to simply retain your volume knob, purchase our Manual Jeep Climate Control Upgrade instead.
