      2014-2018 Jeep Cherokee GPS UConnect Navigation 8.4AN RA3 (No Navigation) Radio Upgrade

      Note. 2014-2018 Jeep Cherokee – Vehicle’s lower center stack must feature a volume control dial.

      Installation. Installation of this product would be rated a 2 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult. It is recommended prior to installing any automotive electronics that the negative battery terminal be disconnected. Remove and replace your existing radio by removing the radio “bezel” dash surround trim held in with just retaining clips. Once installed make an appointment at your local Jeep dealer service department to have the PROXI Configuration Alignment performed.

      • A local Jeep dealer must use their diagnostic scan tool to align the PROXI configuration data into the new ECU. They will follow the routine outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for PROXI Configuration Alignment under Body Control Module (BCM) Miscellaneous Functions menu.
      • Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.
      • Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing back-up rear view camera. We currently do not have any Jeep Cherokee back-up rear view camera kits at this time.
      • Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing roof-mounted Sirius® satellite radio antenna. If you would like to add SiriusXM satellite radio capability to your vehicle check out our plug & play Custom SiriusXM GPS Antenna Kit.
      • Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle’s existing UConnect® Bluetooth hands-free calling feature. Simply re-pair your phone to the new radio once installed.
