How to Install Husky Classic Cargo Liner - Black (04-06 Wrangler TJ Unlimited) on your Jeep Wrangler

Shop Parts in this Guide

The Husky Classic Cargo liner can be used with or without the rear seat in place. The seat must be flipped forward to complete the instillation. On the 2005 Wrangler Unlimited used for this instillation the seat is released by lifting up on the handle in the middle of the back of the seat. It can then be flipped forward.

After unboxing the liner you may need to lay it out on a flat surface to allow it to fully unroll. Placing an object like a book at each corner can help if needed.

1. Begin with the rear seat flipped forward and the rear of the tub empty.

2. Slide the liner in place, ensuring that the cutout for the seatbelts is toward the front of the Jeep. Pull the rear seatbelts through the opening in the liner.

3. Ensure that the sides of the liner do not obstruct the operation of the rear seat latches. If using the rear seat make sure that it firmly locks down on both sides. Pull the seatbelts through the locked down rear seat.

4. If using the a child seat with a tether or using other attachment points such as the footman’s loops some modifications to the liner may be necessary. While tough, the liner can be cut with a sharp knife as needed.
